Organization Structure

KCA highest authority is annual General meeting (AGM), held in December each year.
Below the AGM is the Board of governors comprising of 7 members, these seat quarterly.
Then follows the secretariat(staff) headed by the program Director and other 6 staffs that report to the project director (08 staff).
Then follows our community liaison officer.
